1.Bachelor or above, prefer technical background (better to be Mechanical or Electronic major). Art background (English or Foreign Trading Major) is also acceptable.
2.At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry, positioned as sales, marketing or technical supporting.
3.Good oral and written English capability, with good communication skills.

1.To collect the latest competition product information from the market to help product managers complete NPR (new product radar) file on a monthly basis.
2.To lead the analysis of new products, support product managers on competition analysis report in terms of product, branding and channel.
3.Cross-depart coordination work during the product development process, which may cover R&D, ID, Sales, Project, Manufacturing, Supplying Chain depts, etc.
4.Responsible for marketing research, to collect the needs and wants from end users to help product managers clarify the improvement direction on the existing product
5.Support product managers on product definition as well product life cycle management
6.Other daily work requested by department leader
